This policy explains what personal information U Framework LLC ("U Framework", "we") collects through this website, why, and the choices you have.
Project briefs. When you use the contact form we collect the details you enter: name, email address, company, role, project type, budget range, timeline, description and any file you choose to attach.
Dispatch subscriptions. When you subscribe to our newsletter we collect your email address and the topics you select.
Technical data. Like any web server, our hosting infrastructure processes your IP address and standard request information to deliver pages and protect the service (for example, rate limiting abusive requests). We do not use this data to build profiles.
We do not use analytics or advertising trackers on this website.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making.
Submissions are stored in our content management system's inbox, which is accessible only to authorized staff. If we enable email or webhook notifications, a copy of a brief may be transmitted to the service providers that deliver them. Data is transmitted over HTTPS.
We keep project briefs for as long as needed to respond and, if we work together, for the duration of the relationship and any legal retention period. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or port your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us through the contact page. We will not discriminate against you for exercising them.
This website is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
